Some items are available for pre-order. This means your item is not ready to ship immediately but is being produced. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped.
HOW LONG DO PRE-ORDERS TAKE?
Pre-orders typically take 4-6 weeks to ship.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
For local delivery within Calgary, it can take between 1-3 business days with all premade items. Shipping to other areas within Canada are shipped typically within 2-3 business days, and can take up 3-7 business days, depending on carrier. Orders to the United States vary depending on the carrier typically ranging from 5-7 business days.
HOW DOES LOCAL DELIVERY WORK?
After placing your order, you will be contacted via SMS or email providing information in regards to delivery time.
IS THERE TRACKING FOR LOCAL DELIVERY?
No. Since orders are hand-delivered, tracking is not provided. You will be updated directly.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE CITY?
Yes. Orders outside Calgary will be shipped and include tracking information once dispatched.
