PRE-ORDERS

HOW DOES PRE-ORDER WORK?
Some items are available for pre-order. This means your item is not ready to ship immediately but is being produced. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped.

HOW LONG DO PRE-ORDERS TAKE?
Pre-orders typically take 4-6 weeks to ship.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY?
Yes. We offer local delivery within Calgary.

HOW DOES LOCAL DELIVERY WORK?
After placing your order, you will be contacted via SMS or email providing information in regards to delivery time.

IS THERE TRACKING FOR LOCAL DELIVERY?
No. Since orders are hand-delivered, tracking is not provided. You will be updated directly.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE CITY?
Yes. Orders outside Calgary will be shipped and include tracking information once dispatched.

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?
Please refer to our model references in product page before purchasing.

CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM SIZE?
Yes. If you need a custom size, use our contact page or email us at @reciprocal.clo@gmail.com with your preferred size and order details.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Preferred Method — Hand Wash

To preserve the quality of the garment, rhinestones, embroidery, and water-resistant coating, we recommend hand washing.

• Zip garment fully and turn inside out
• Use cold water only
• Add a mild detergent
• Let soak for approximately 5 minutes
• Gently clean using your hands only
• Avoid aggressive scrubbing to protect rhinestones and detailing
• Rinse thoroughly with cold water
• Hang dry only

Do not machine dry.

Alternative Method — Washing Machine

If using a washing machine:

• Turn garment inside out and zip fully
• Wash in cold water only
• Use mild detergent
• Wash on delicate / low power setting
• Wash with soft garments only
• Hang dry only
